All refund requests made after the first 7 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee if the product is not proven to be defective. Please make sure you include the QC batch number located on your bottle so we can check the batch records for any other trouble reports.

Every return request must be submited through the RMA form found below. Please fill out the form completely to avoid delays. We will assign your request an RMA number and contact you within a few days.

Refund requests received after the 30 day period will be considered on a case by case basis. Please refer to our Guarantee for other related details.
